Available Housing Opportunities

If you are interested in applying for public housing, you must be 18 years old or older. Your security deposit and monthly rental amount are based upon 30% of your gross yearly income.

To apply for housing at our Woodland Heights or Carriage Circle sites you may access an application by clicking the pre-aplication form. Complete the application and mail or return it to the Pontiac Housing Commission Central office located on 132 Franklin Blvd., Pontiac MI. You may also obtain a hard copy application at our Central office. (See map)

Currently at this time we do not have any Scattered Site Housing available for occupancy. You may check the status on upcoming available Scattered Site Housing Opportunities periodically by checking this website or contacting our offices at (248) 338-4551.
